Reyes Group LLC respects the privacy of property owners, operators and prospective clients. This policy explains the information we receive and how we use it.

Information you provide

When you submit an audit, service request or general inquiry, we may receive your name, business email, phone number, preferred written contact method and language, property name, public website or listing URL, location, property type, requested service, preferred dates and the concern you want reviewed.

Information used to prevent automated misuse

The general inquiry form uses network information received by the website host to create a one-way, day-specific hash for request limits. The form does not store the underlying network address, and these temporary rate-limit records are deleted after about eight days.

How information is used

We use submitted information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prepare a written scope or quote, coordinate service, maintain business records, prevent misuse and comply with applicable obligations. Reyes Group does not sell submitted personal information.

Payments

Payment-card and bank information is entered directly with Stripe or another processor identified in writing. Reyes Group does not request or store full payment-card information through this website or by email.

Service providers and international requests

Website hosting, database, communications and payment providers may process information solely to deliver their services. If you submit a request from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

Retention and choices

We retain business inquiries and engagement records only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, legal and recordkeeping purposes. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact ernesto@reyesgroup702.com.

Protect sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, door or alarm codes, guest data, government identifiers, health information, payment-card details or bank credentials through the request form, email or text.
