Both plans cover one property and one Airbnb listing. The difference is what happens after launch: a focused handoff or 90 days of weekly performance review and adjustment.
Worldwide by design. If on-site support is requested, Reyes Group provides a separate written quote covering the on-site professional fee and approved airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals, visas, permits and related travel expenses.
Professional photography is required and paid separately. Third-party software and ongoing daily guest or reservation management are not included. Results vary; rankings, bookings, occupancy, revenue, profit and Superhost status are not guaranteed.

Do I need an existing Airbnb listing?
No. The service is designed for a property that needs a new listing built from the ground up. If a listing already exists, Reyes Group will confirm whether a launch rebuild or a guest-readiness audit is the better fit.
Are professional photographs included?
No. Professional photography is required and paid separately by the owner. Reyes Group provides direction on the images needed, then selects, orders and captions the approved photographs.
Do you need my Airbnb password?
Never send a password through the website, email or text. Any platform access, permissions and approval process are confirmed securely in the written scope. You remain the account owner.
What is the difference between the two plans?
The $750 plan builds and launches one listing, followed by seven days of configuration corrections. The $2,750 plan adds 90 days of active optimization, 12 weekly Teams meetings and recurring review of pricing, availability and performance metrics.
Can Reyes Group work with a property outside the United States?
Yes. Both plans are available remotely worldwide in English or Spanish. If on-site support is useful and feasible, travel is quoted separately in writing.
Are bookings, revenue or Superhost status guaranteed?
No. Results depend on the property, market, pricing, availability, operations, reviews and guest demand. Reyes Group provides professional strategy and execution without guaranteeing rankings, bookings, occupancy, revenue, profit or platform status.
