No. We begin with public pages and materials you choose to share. Never email passwords, access codes, guest data or payment-card information.
Is this a technical or safety inspection?
No. It is a hospitality-readiness and guest-journey review. It does not assess structure, code, systems, hazards, accessibility compliance or property value.
Do you guarantee more bookings or revenue?
No. The audit identifies evidence-based opportunities and priorities, but results depend on the property, market, implementation and factors outside Reyes Group’s control.
Can you review a hotel or inn with multiple room types?
Yes, when the exact representative scope is confirmed in writing before payment. Additional room types, listings, units or portfolio work require a separate scope.
Where is the on-site pilot available?
The $895 on-site pilot is available only for properties in Las Vegas. Properties outside Las Vegas can request the $495 remote written audit.
How do we communicate?
